SFS has arranged corporate contracts with organizations which provide subsidies to help their employees care for a loved one. If you or a family member is a current employee of a company listed below, they will pay a portion of the Services for Seniors cost.

With Kodak subsidies, your portion for the current calendar year is as follows:
Weekdays ..........$7.50 per hour
Weekends ......... $7.94 per hour
Holidays .............$10.88 per hour
  
With Xerox subsidies, your portion for the current calendar year is as follows:
Weekdays ..........$8.60 per hour
Weekends ......... $10.30 per hour
Holidays .............$16.85 per hour

Terms & Conditions      
• Minimum two (2) hour assignment required.
