SFS has arranged corporate contracts with organizations which provide subsidies to help their employees care for a loved one. If you or a family member is a current employee of a company listed below, they will pay a portion of the Services for Seniors cost.

With Kodak subsidies, your portion for
calendar year 2008 is as follows:
Weekdays ..........$7.20 per hour
Weekends ......... $7.60 per hour
Holidays .............$10.40 per hour
  
With Xerox subsidies, your portion for
calendar year 2008 is as follows:
Weekdays ..........$8.28 per hour
Weekends ......... $9.88 per hour
Holidays .............$16.12 per hour

Terms & Conditions      
• Minimum two (2) hour assignment required.
